RRB, the Railway Recruitment Board will reopen the application period for Technician Recruitment 2024 on October 2. Candidates can submit their applications until October 16 at rrbapply.gov.in. This move comes in response to an increase in vacancies.
The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) are reopening the application period for Technician recruitment 2024 starting October 2.
Candidates who didn’t apply earlier can submit their applications until October 16 at rrbapply.gov.in.
This decision was made because there are more job openings now. The RRBs have also mentioned that current applicants will be able to make changes to their applications.
Candidates who applied during the last application period and paid their fees are considered existing candidates. They won’t need to pay any extra fees this time.
Existing candidates can apply for new job categories and change categories they didn’t choose before. They can also update their previously selected categories.
They can edit their educational qualifications, re-upload their photos and signatures, and change their preferred RRB and job choices.
Those who didn’t apply before, those who applied but didn’t pay the fee, and those who applied for Technician Grade 1 but not for Technician Grade 3 will be treated as new candidates.
New candidates can apply for Technician jobs in all categories (2 to 40) during this reopened application period.
There will be a correction window from October 17 to 21, where candidates can make changes for a fee of Rs 250 per change. New candidates can edit their forms as per the rules mentioned in the notification.
Existing candidates can update details like educational qualifications, zone and job preferences, and their photos and signatures.
